Welcome to the main IT support site for the College of Engineering at the University of Arizona, Tucson. From this page, you can create new support tickets or manage tickets that you previously submitted as well as access resources that are available to Engineering students, staff, and faculty.

The sections below will allow you to access information regarding the support and services we provide.

Your Tickets

To see your tickets, follow the link, your support requests, and login using WebAuth. After getting logged in you will be presented a page with your requests.

Source Code Control

We support both Subversion(svn) and GitLab(git), but would recommend using our GitLab servers. We have gitlab servers to support classroom instruction and a gitlab server for research and infrastructure.

If you require gitlab access, just open a support request to let us know you need access and if this is for a class or research.
